Hard Dollar provides technical support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through its support center in Tempe (Phoenix), Arizona. Our support technicians are specifically trained to answer technical and functional questions related to the use of Hard Dollar software (we do not outsource any part of this critical function).

Technical Support is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Most calls during normal business hours are responded to immediately, with 98% of all support cases being resolved in 20 minutes or less.

The company maintains “on-call” and escalation procedures to ensure that all calls, including after-hours calls, are handled in a responsive manner, and can be escalated rapidly to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
