The Hard Dollar BID*BUILD Employment Tracking Module is a full-featured electronic warehouse of timesheet data. It automates the collection and sharing of timesheet and work progress data from jobsites.
With its ability to capture timesheet and work progress data from the field, instantly transfer field data to the main office, and two-way integration with Primavera, Microsoft Project and popular accounting software, this Hard Dollar BID*BUILD module provides the data collection and reporting functionality you need to:

Enter and store timesheets with ease
- Maintain a register of standard Employees, including employee ID, labor classification, and other user-defined Tags
- Maintain a register of standard Machines, including machine ID, equipment classification, and other user-defined Tags
- Enter Timesheets using an electronic form that looks ike familiar, paper timesheets
- Enter Timesheets for any period (daily, weekly, or any user-defined period)
- Enter hours worked for each employee in two different wage scales (straight time and over time)
- Enter hours for multiple jobs, and multiple items/accounts, on the same Timesheet
- Enter quantities completed during the period for each item/account
- Enter expense details tied to specific Sellers (subcontractors and vendors)
