Solicit quotes electronically through e-mail or fax
- Include an unlimited number of resources and/or cost items on each Request for Quote (RFQ)
- For each RFQ, select an unlimited number of “sellers” (subs and vendors) from the Address Book
- For each RFQ, enter response instructions and other notes to be included with the RFQ, including special notes applicable only to specific “sellers”
- Elect to publish, or not publish, item quantities in each RFQ
- Broadcast RFQs to all selected sellers by e-mail and/or fax
Register quotes for unlimited cost items
- Record vendor quotes for an unlimited number of resources, with automatic calculation of each resource’s total quantity as employed in the work plan
- Record subcontract quotes for an unlimited number of cost items
- When recording quotes, list subs and vendors quickly by selecting them from the Master Address Book (contacts can also be imported from Microsoft Outlook)
- List many cost items or resources at once by selecting their associated QuoteGroup tag
- List items and sellers automatically by choosing an RFQ
- Enter a single package price for all quoted line items
