In addition, the company has added a key player to its management, Customer Operations Officer, Diane Hughes. Mrs. Hughes will be based out of the East Coast office and responsible for handling major software implementations and coordination between all Hard Dollar teams across the nation.

Mrs. Hughes’ experience spans more than twenty years as an executive in operational and professional services roles for companies such as Digital Equipment Corp., USinternetworking, and JBA Holdings, where she was responsible for directing large, multinational implementations of enterprise software.
