Principal Consultant

Job Summary:

A Principal Consultant is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by positioning Hard Dollar solutions with qualified prospects and through delivering effective Hard Dollar implementation consulting services. There is 50% travel associated with this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementation of Hard Dollar applications to the fullest extent including key milestones during the implementation phase.
  • Provides consulting support to clients including software implementation assistance, data configuration and education/training support.
  • Assists Hard Dollar Sales Team with product demos, discovery interviews, responding to RFP's, technical surveys, development of proposals and positioning HDC's implementation services and products.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Must have 3+ years of software implementation and/or presales consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of construction experience and/or user of estimating/job control software.
  • College degree, preferably in business related field.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills including the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Computer/technical skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently on projects/assignments.
  • Must be a non-smoker.
