Project Manager

Job Summary:

Project Managers are responsible for ensuring successful implementations of Hard Dollar solutions. A project manager must follow the structured implementation process as defined and execute the project controls, reporting and customer communication. There is 50% travel associated with this position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing project plan for multi-site/divisional corporations to meet project goals and budget.
  • Assignment of HDC resources to project.
  • Manage time, people and money to successful completion of project.
  • Direct and advise client on best method for implementation to achieve project goals.
  • Project documentation and communication with client and HDC.
  • Execute HDC's Structured Implementation Process.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Must have 3+ years of software project management experience implementing solutions for clients.
  • 3+ years of construction experience and/or user of estimating/job control software.
  • College degree, preferably in business related field.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills including the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Computer/technical skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently on projects/assignments.
  • Execution of project controls and reporting processes.
  • Must be a non-smoker.
