Job Summary:

Do you have software sales experience selling; Microsoft Project, Primavera, Timberline, CGC, Deltek, Bentley Systems, Maxwell Systems, WinEst, HCSS, MC2-Ice, Bid2Win or other construction related software applications? Do you have experience selling to; project driven enterprises in the infrastructure, oil & gas, utilities, environmental, EPC or industrial process markets? The Right Stuff:

  • You should already be a successful sales professional who wants to take the next step and substantially increase your selling capabilities and earnings?
  • Candidates should have 8-10 years of professional software or technology related sales experience selling deals ranging in size from $65k to $250k using the value-based SolutionSelling or similar methodology.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, SalesForce.com, Live Meeting, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint or other online presentation tools a real plus.
  • BA, or Masters degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven selling star, selling more than $900k per year.
  • Winning, competitive attitude with 'do what it takes' commitment level.
  • A non-smoker, with a great attitude, sense of humor and integrity.
  • Loves software, technology and interacting with business people.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute territory/account plans utilizing the "SolutionSelling" sales methodology and Netsuite CRM system.
  • Utilize on-line tools to organize meetings, presentations and present our software and demonstrate how our products meet customer needs.
  • Follow-up, qualify and close prospects within your territory to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals using online presentation tools.
  • Identify pain points and demonstrate real business value and develop ROI statements.
  • Present proposals, follow-up, negotiate and close contracts.
  • Accurately forecast and report on timing of future prospects & business within territory using Netsuite.com.
  • Must be a non-smoker.
