"The Laguna Construction Company, Inc. (LCC) is pleased to announce the award of three contracts and apparent low bidder on another. LCC is using the Hard Dollar Bid/Build system, which proved its worth on the last bid as changes were being made just before bid time, and we were able to make the adjustments accurately and in time to win the bid.

Since August 1st, LCC has been low bidder on our last four competitive bids, and we are in the final stages of talks with the Bureau of Reclamation for a $2 million project, which would give us five-for-five. We have also estimated and will construct work for the Pueblo of Laguna (LCC is 100% owned by the Pueblo of Laguna), including a new middle school, sewage lagoons, Laguna Casino earthwork and paving, along with three subdivisions within the Pueblo. Total value for all projects will exceed $15 million.
