"We purchased Hard Dollar in 1995. At that time we did all of our estimating manually and didn't have any information from our bids to help us in preparing a budget or a schedule. Since that time we have become firm believers in the power of Hard Dollar. It has made us a better contractor. We now are able to prepare a bid and have all of the information we need to build, schedule, and manage any job we may encounter. We are a member of Associated Builders & Contractors of Wisconsin. Each year they have a projects of distinction awards program. We have won an award four out of the last five years. Once a contractor wins on the state level, they can enter their project on a national level. We have won a national award twice. Our entry in 1998 was a very difficult sanitary sewer interceptor project. We could not have even bid this project without Hard Dollar. Once we were awarded the project we could use Hard Dollar to help us make decisions in building the project. The awards are a good recognition for our employees, but without Hard Dollar backing us up we wouldn't be where we are today.
