Hard Dollar’s New Solution Provides As-built Visibility in Real-Time to Dynamically Manage Resources, Cost, Schedules and Cash Flow Across Multiple Projects

Tempe, Ariz. – April 10, 2006 – Hard Dollar Corporation, a leading provider of integrated project lifecycle management solutions, today introduced the first product on the market to offer project-driven enterprise companies a way to manage critical information across multiple projects. Hard Dollar’s new solution addresses current business issues by allowing customers complete visibility and control over their entire project portfolio through the real-time interaction of resources, cost, schedules and cash flow.

Additionally, it allows users to extract data from previous projects in order to make more prudent recommendations for current and future projects.

REAL TIME INFORMATION The newest Hard Dollar solution is the only product available to enterprise customers that provides simultaneous user access so all changes made to existing projects occur in real time, without having to refresh the current view. This type of functionality enables personnel out in the field and those working from a desktop to input and synchronize information via wireless Internet connection or handheld device. Enhanced native Wide Area Network (WAN) support makes integration touch points stronger, allowing fast and more efficient field data collection. Users can sync data when using Windows compatible handheld devices, including PDAs, tablets and compatible Smart Phones (among others) for real time reporting regardless of location.

CROSS PROJECT TRACKING Users have the ability to look across all live projects at once for a complete understanding of resource availability while jobs are in progress. Additionally, the upcoming enterprise release from Hard Dollar is the only solution on the market today that has the ability to compare historical data between current and past projects for improved decision making and planning. By using a single system, customers will be able to confidently assign labor, equipment and other resources, avoiding conflicts and shortages based on the success and failure rates of past job assignments.

EASE OF INTEGRATION The new enterprise product from Hard Dollar is a single solution that seamlessly integrates with all existing systems, eliminating the need for multiple point solutions for managing the various levels of a project. The system also enables easier integrations with other systems through Microsoft SQL Server support along with industry standard methods such as XML and Web services with direct or ODBC access to data sharing.

REPORTING & DASHBOARD Through a dynamic open architecture, the Hard Dollar enterprise solution enables users to access reports and dashboards via a Web browser. Individual users can define their own dashboards displaying information important to their job function, including single or cross-project reports, graphs and gauges to flag critical situations and measure goal attainment.

The Hard Dollar Enterprise solution is currently in beta testing with several high profile customers and will be available to the public in Summer 2006.
