TEMPE, Ariz. – March 25, 2003 Hard Dollar Corporation, the leading provider of integrated cost estimating and construction management systems for the infrastructure construction industry, announces the results of an independent customer satisfaction survey. The survey, conducted earlier this year, was designed to measure client satisfaction regarding Hard Dollar’s support, service, and product quality and reliability. In the annual survey, randomly selected customers are interviewed to provide status and feedback regarding one of the company’s corporate goals, which is to continually meet its clients’ needs through every stage of the client life cycle. This year’s survey, conducted by The Summit Group, covered a sample size of 310 companies, and the overall results exceed the company’s expectations for 2002.
Hard Dollar uses the survey results to measure performance in meeting its strategic directives for providing state-of-the-art support and services. The company will leverage the results to ensure that it continues to meet or exceed its clients’ expectations, and to devise methods to augment this year’s results in the future. “Our long-term customer relationship is taken seriously at Hard Dollar. Respondents were asked to rank Hard Dollar based on the service received and level of satisfaction with the product. 92% of the respondents ranked Hard Dollar’s support and service “above average,” up from 87% in 2001. In rating the quality and reliability of software products, 91% of the respondents ranked Hard Dollar “above average,” up from 89% in 2001. When respondents were asked if they would recommend Hard Dollar to other infrastructure contractors, an astounding 94% confirmed they would recommend Hard Dollar.
