This offering and integration provides contractors, owners, architects, engineers, facilities managers, or anyone else who needs to create a fast and reliable construction cost estimate with a single solution. The integration between Hard Dollar and RSMeans cost data provides access to over 77,000 unit price items and 5,800 assemblies supporting 17 different trade-specific industries directly within the Hard Dollar system. This integration provides fast, flexible and accurate data for creating a conceptual estimate in the early stages of project planning.

Hard Dollar is the only Project Cost Management system available today that provides dynamic "Oneness" integration with either Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
