Hard Dollar provides technical support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through its support center in Scottsdale (Phoenix), Arizona. Our support technicians are specifically trained to answer technical and functional questions related to the use of HD software - we do not outsource any part of this critical function.
During normal business hours 98% of all incoming calls are responded to within sixty seconds. Hard Dollar’s commitment is to respond within thirty minutes or less of contact during or after normal business hours. All resolutions vary on the complexity of the environment and related issue. Hard Dollar’s commitment to our customers is that our support center will stay on the phone with you until the issue is resolved, and follow up after resolution to ensure that you are still functioning properly.
